952 actual miles!! All original and like new.
Morris Lincoln of Canton Ohio kept this car for the first 11
months, then sold it with only 8 miles on it to it's first owner.
Unfortunately the first owner passed away shortly after. His widow
kept the car in storage until she passed and the son inherited it
with only 820 miles. It has original window sticker, glovebox pouch
filled with literature, manuals and a Lincoln pen, sales brochure
and Carfax.
EXTERIOR: I just went around the car purposely trying to find a
flaw and I couldn't. The paint color is gorgeous, it still has a
perfectly smooth shiny finish. There's no cracking, no garage
dings. The door jambs are spotless. It has it's first oil change
sticker at 360 miles in 1995. It has the cloth top that comes down
onto the doors and has snaps on the trim to make it look like a
convertible, it's mint. All the chrome trim is pristine. It has
accessory chrome wheel well lips, side moldings and mirrors. The
glass is crystal clear. The alloy wheels are pristine and they are
on the original Michelin tires that have no wear on them. Weather
strips are still like new.
INTERIOR: It is absolutely pristine inside this car. The leather
upholstery is soft without a mark on it. I'm looking at a pristine
dash. All the plastic wood grain and chrome doesn't have a crack or
a mark on it. The cigarette lighters and ashtrays have never been
used. It has the factory premium stereo system, electronic climate
controls and digital gauges. The carpet and floor mats are
pristine. The headliner is pristine, it has lighted vanity visors.
The door panels are pristine, can nothing is cracked
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It looks practically brand new in here. It's
not rusty or corroded, there's no mice living in here, it's
spotless. It has had new spark plugs, oil change and a battery.
Everything is exactly the way it should be.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a power trunk release and automatic pull
down. Inside the giant trunk is completely wall to wall gray carpet
and it's like brand new condition. Underneath the tire cover is an
optional matching aluminum wheel and Michelin tire that's never
been on the ground and it looks brand new. The jack is still in
it's pouch and also has never been used. The weather strip is still
pristine, all the stickers are still new.
UNDERSIDE: It is in very good original condition. It has power 4
wheel disc brake system with anti lock system. Optional dual
exhaust system is still original and in very good condition. The
front end components look like new still. The bottom of the motor
looks like new. The original trans is an electronic overdrive, it
still has factory crayon markings on it. The rear still has it's
original tag. Fuel tank is still shiny. The floors are rock
solid.
This is a time capsule. I've had other low mile survivors but I've
never seen a 28 year old car look this new! They don't make these
full size American luxury cars anymore. It's a lot of car for the
money if wether you decide to use it or keep it as an investment.
The low mile examples from the 70s and 80s are soaring in price,
this will too!
