2018 Vintage Overland "Great Escape" Camp Trailer
In 2018 the owner of this VO Great Escape Caravan picked up her brand new trailer in Colorado and trekked eastward to her then home in Montana. She slept in it on the few days ride home. She used it once or twice in MT and then, a year or so later, headed further east, moving back home here to CT. Here in CT it was used maybe one or two other times and now, with starting into a new career and with a business still up and running, she needs to reluctantly let go of this beautiful, handcrafted camp trailer.
She bought it brand new in 2018 and in essence, this trailer is still brand new. This trailer is the #65 trailer built by Vintage Overland and is signed by the build crew for the owner.
The Vintage Overland crew out in Colorado hand builds these very sturdy, off-road capable trailers, they are back country campers themselves, so they know what they're doing.

Each caravan is made individually by hand and features an anodized-aluminum outer skin to prevent corrosion, while the interior is built using Baltic Birch, multi-layer plywood and water-resistant clear coat.
The interior birch panels have cut outs that create a sense of extra space and pay homage to Danish design.
This particular caravan has several add-on options from the stock features.

The dimensions of the trailer as follows:
Cabin is a full 4'x8'; Full length, including tongue is 12'
Back Hatch inside dimensions: 20"h x 58" w x 28" deep
Height inside the trailer "living area" is about 4'
This trailer only weighs 750 lbs and as such can be towed behind pretty much ANY vehicle.

To buy this trailer new, right now, directly from Vintage Overland, would cost upwards of $19,000 with the added options.
This barely used Great Escape Caravan can be had for only $13,900.
The owner is fairly firm on her price.
