1979 Chevrolet El Camino that is an SS replica, not representing as
a true ss. Powered by the Crate 350 V8 that is paired with an
automatic transmission. Also under the hood is an Edelbrock intake,
aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, and a 600 4bbl carb! Nicely
equipped with power steering, power brakes, and 4-wheel disc
brakes. This was repainted in 2017 by the previous owner, nicely
laid on Gold paint with a good shine to it. Chrome and brightwork
also in good shape and shows well also. Fiberglass hood has been
added and is held on by both the hood pins and hood latch like
normal. Riding on 5-spoke turbo thrust-style wheels with good
rubber on them. Tan cloth bench seat interior with automatic on the
column and stock dash. Aftermarket gauges have been installed in
the dash as well. The rear end on this is a crate Ford 9" with Umi
Performance, tubular upper and lower control arms, tubular rear
control arm reinforcements, front and rear upgraded sway bars,
shock tower brace, front frame brace, 1" front drop springs, 2"
front drop spindles, 2" rear drop springs, and a new driveshaft
with safety loops. Previous owner states the speedometer is inop
(can use GPS on your phone for speed) and has had a A/C & Heat
delete. Nice sounding Chevrolet!
