GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this iconic 1965 Chevy
Corvette Convertible! This highly desirable classic comes in a
brilliant red paint job complemented by a clean black interior.
Powering this C2 is a 350 V8 engine mated to a smooth-shifting
4-speed manual transmission. This C2 has had some work done to make
sure it is running right from Masterworks, Cars, and Fenton
transmission. This corvette was always garage kept and only driven
on nice days. So, if you're in the market for an exceptional
classic sure to get recognized anywhere you go, this Corvette is
for you. Please call or email us today for more information.
The Corvette launched its 2nd generation with the birth of the
Stingray with a complete redesign barely resembling its
predecessors. The Stingray was lighter, had independent suspension,
and was aerodynamically tested. The only American cars that could
produce similar speed were large, heavy Super Stock optioned Mopars
and Super Duty Pontiacs. For the first time, the United States had
mass-produced a true all-around sports car.
