This beautiful Thunderbird bought by the current owner in 2006 from
a collector in Sacramento. Red with red/white interior but the trim
tag shows it was originally a black car. The engine is a 1959 292
V8 that was rebuilt before the current owners purchase. Automatic
transmission. Hardtop and softtop. The softtop is a 1956 1/2 unit
that has a better design than the 1955 unit with an extra brace
that does not allow center sag.
Chrome spoke wheels.Power steering and brakes. 12 volt electrical
conversion. New coil springs and leaf springs. Custom Autosound
stereo. Power seat works great. Does not appear to have ever been a
rusty car. Runs and drives excellent.
