This MGA is finished in old English white with a black vinyl
interior. It is running and driving, but needs some tender loving
care. Powered by a 1.5L (1489CC) inline 4-cylinder engine with a
manual 4-speed transmission, dual SU carburetors, front-wheel drum
brakes, soft top frame, vinyl top, side curtains, tonneau cover,
and 48-spoke painted wire wheels. It runs well and the exhaust has
a throaty throb that makes you second guess that it is only an
inline 4-cylinder. The SU carburetors will need to be
professionally rebuilt for daily use. The MGA Roadster is still
affordable, easy to work on, and parts are readily available - just
the kind of car that makes for a great entry-level vehicle into the
world of classic cars. This MG A has tremendous potential and is an
excellent candidate for restoration or able to be driven in its
present condition.
