Vehicle Description
1986 Chevy 3/4 Ton K20 4WD Single Cab long bed truck. It is the
Custom Deluxe Trim. It has a Chevy 350 cubic inch V8. The TH400
automatic transmission was replaced with an upgraded TH400 model at
approximately 55,000 miles. The transfer case was replaced around
that time too. I replaced the radiator when I purchased it in 2005.
It has dual 20 gallon gas tanks. I replaced the left tank when I
bought it. The right tank would need to be replaced if you're going
to use it. I'm the 3rd owner. It was owned for 15 year by the IPSC
power plant in Delta, UT as a company truck. I bought it from the
second owner in 2005. At the time, the odometer was 43,300 miles. I
took it to a garage and they thought this was the original 43,300
miles, not 143,300 or more. But I have no way to prove this. All
the body work appears original. It has the scratches and rust
expected of a 35 year old work truck, mostly on the rockers and
lower door panels. The battery was replaced in 2019. I'm selling it
because I don't use it much except for going to the dump. I have
the clean title in hand. It does not have catalytic converters.
1986 Chevy 3/4 and 1 ton trucks in 1986 didn't have them. It has
the A.I.R. system instead and runs air pumps. The truck is
registered in southern Utah, so I have no idea if it passes
emissions in the Wasatch Front. The Carfax shows this as a branded
or salvage title. This is NOT correct. I have the clean title in
hand. A branded or salvage title will show on the title itself.
Carfax can't verify the mileage because the truck is 35 years old
and is exempt from Utah's mileage requirements. To be clear, this
is a clean title and I have it in hand. Please Note The Following
