Vehicle Description
1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer was acquired by the selling dealer three
years ago as an unfinished project, which was subsequently
completed under current ownership. The truck has been repainted in
red with a black roof and fitted with a replacement 454ci Chevrolet
V8, a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, and an Atlas
twin-stick transfer case. Additional modifications include an
Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 fuel injection system, a Warn winch, Corbeau
seats, power steering and four-wheel disc brakes with hydroboost, a
lift, 17? wheels with 37? tires, a custom stainless steel exhaust
system, and steel bumpers. This FSJ is offered with a clean
Louisiana title. The truck has been lifted to clear 37?x12.5?
BFGoodrich All-Terrain TA KO tires on 17? aluminum wheels. A
matching spare is affixed at the rear. Rancho 9000 adjustable
shocks have been fitted as well as an AGR Performance power
steering box and four-wheel disc brakes using a hydroboost setup.
The cabin features texture-coated floors and houses four Corbeau
sport seats with harness pass-throughs in addition to custom door
panels. The power-operated tailgate window was replaced according
to the selling dealer, while the rear door windows operate
intermittently and the wiper switch requires replacement. A Grant
steering wheel frames white AutoMeter gauges, with three additional
readouts situated to the right near an Alpine stereo. The digital
odometer reportedly shows 300 miles, though it is improperly
calibrated and true mileage is unknown. The Chevrolet 454ci
big-block V8 features Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 fuel injection, a
high-amp alternator, an MSD ignition box, and a Griffin aluminum
radiator with an electric fan controlled by the ECU. An onboard
stick welder is also located in the engine bay. Tube headers feed a
custom 2.5? stainless steel exhaust system. A GM 700R4 four-speed
automatic transmission routes power to the rear or all four wheels
through an Atlas two-speed transfer case and Dana 60 front and rear
axles.
