This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible is a sure head turner when it cruises down the road. The Malibu was a bit of a stepped up version of Chevy's Chevelle, and features specialty trim and badging, as well as upgraded and plusher interiors. This particular example has southern history and comes to Ellingson's out of Virginia. A period correct 283 Cubic Inch 8 Cylinder Engine with an Edelbrock Single 4 Barrel Carburetor powers this classic Chevrolet. Dual exhaust gives this muscle car a throaty sound. With a Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission mated to the 283 V8, this Chevelle Convertible would make an excellent and easy to drive cruiser for anybody. This Malibu is also a well optioned example that sports Power Steering and Front Power Disc Brakes, both of which make this convertible a much easier and more enjoyable car to drive. The exterior is finished in the correct Bolero Red paint that is in very nice condition. The black vinyl manual convertible top is in great shape as well. This '67 Chevelle Convertible sits on 4 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires that are wrapped around new Rally Wheels. The black vinyl bench seat interior is also correct for the car and is in excellent shape. The dash and steering wheel show well and appear to be in a stock configuration, just as they were when the car rolled off the Baltimore, Maryland factory floor back in the late 60s.
