Awesome, Rust-Free, 1986 Jeep CJ-7 Laredo Package!
I am selling this classic CJ-7 on consignment for a gentleman who has owned it for 14 years. He purchased it from a Jeep Specialist in Texas and it had the original paint when he got it. He had it repainted about 10 years ago in the original Beige color and replaced the Laredo stripes. The Jeep lived most of its life in Texas and is great condition and runs and drives really nicely.
Body and paint look great and this Jeep will fit right in at the local shows and cruise-ins. Nice set of Chrome step up bar ad Chrome grille. Padded Roll Bar with Bikini top. He does not have any other tops or doors but they are readily available if desired.
Interior looks very stock and was also redone. Seats look great and carpeting also looks close to new. Tilt Steering Column with original steering wheel in great shape. # point seat belts up front and lap belts for rear. Dash looks very original and in great shape. Speedometer was change out at some point and true mileage is unknown but estimated at 150,000 based on Carfax records. Current owner has put less than 5,000 miles in the 14 years he has owned it. Overall the interior looks great!
The 4.2L Inline 6 cylinder runs great and has been well maintained. Power steering handles well and Power front disc brakes stop with ease. This CJ has a 2 1/2 " Suspension Lift kit and the wheels and tires have under 2000 miles on them. Nice set of Pro Comp All Terrains, 32 x 11.5.x15 run smooth and quiet. Smooth shifting 4-speed manual transmission. This Jeep is ready to drive and enjoy and will make the perfect beach cruiser or sunny day driver. Undercarriage is super nice and rock solid with no issues. Frame appears to have been painted and floorpans look great with no undercoating and no rust!
This is a great Classic CJ-7 that can be taken up a notch if desired or driven and enjoyed exactly as it is. I have clean Carfax showing no accidents or issues.
