Driven is please to present for sale, a beautifully restored 1971
911T in Tangerine, with tasteful updates to ensure an enjoyable
driving experience. Originally delivered to Plano Texas in October
of 1971, this car is believed to have had seven owners over its
50-year life. The main restoration was performed in the early to
mid-2000's and delivered a beautiful exterior in factory Tangerine
with offsetting Fuchs Silver/Black wheels. The interior has German
carpeting in black, a crack free dash, an excellent headliner, a
restitched leather steering wheel, restored instrument gauges, and
black-orange coco mats. The factory carburetor/intakes were
replaced in 2010 with a 40mm PMO system. Factory vinly Recaro seats
with Houndstooth fabric centres, and Porsche Classic Radio
Navigation System were recently installed. This is a fabulous 911T.
Perhaps not 100% factory correct, but beautifully restored to
improve driving response and comfort. The car is ready for vintage
rallying and is protected from road debris with clear Paint
Protection Film across the entire car, including ClearPlex
protection on the windshield. The car comes with original Porsche
owner manuals from delivery, Porsche Certificate of Authenticity,
Porsche car cover, and two binders containing several inches of
receipts for work done over the car's 50 year life.
