Vehicle Description
This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute is a true big block coupe,
and so you already know it's the kind of hardtop classic that's
going to get you excited. More than just a muscle machine, you'll
also love all the details - from the vinyl roof to the upgraded
wheels.
The '67 Chevelle has an iconic style with sharp-looking lines. This
one also has all the right details everywhere from the big/bright
chrome bumpers, to the upgraded SS-style hood. The white paint has
the right look for those who love driving their classics. That
means a bright style as you pass people in the neighborhood, but
nothing too fancy to get you nervous about taking this one out into
the world. Plus, you'll be especially happy with the investments
that have been made in this coupe. Panels have been replaced with
quality pieces to give the body a good look. The upgraded black
vinyl roof makes a crisp and clean contrast against the white.
Also, the upgraded Ridler wheels add a ton of distinction all on
their own. The alloys have a classic salt flat style, but they are
a large size to allow for modern tires. And speaking of tire sizes,
this is staggered 18/20 inches front/rear for a cool sporty
stance.
Because the full black vinyl roof looks so good against the white
paint, we especially like to see that the interior is done in a
full black, too. This was an upgrade later in life, and so the
seats, carpeting, and door panels all have a nice look. As a proper
Super Sport tribute, you have comfy bucket seats and a center
console. There are also more features to keep this a great driver,
like the grippy three-spoke sports steering wheel, upgraded
auxiliary gauges, and an AutoMeter tach. And there's nothing better
than rolling down all the windows on this pillarless hardtop, and
letting the interior fill with cool breezes and the rumble of the
big motor under the hood.
The engine bay is filled with big block power. The 402 (396)
cubic-inch is always great to see in a Chevelle. And this one has
been upgraded further with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor,
Edelbrock Performer 2.0 intake, and Hooker headers that add power
while contributing to the rumble to the Flowmaster dual exhaust.
There has been an investment in the right supporting pieces
everywhere from the polished valve covers to the aluminum radiator.
The motor fires up easily and runs well. Plus, the TH400
three-speed automatic transmission is built stout to handle power
while still shifting smoothly. You also have great anytime driving
features such as power steering, newer springs, and grippy ZR-rated
tires.
This has a cool look and a ton of power. That's exactly what you
want from a Chevelle hardtop. That's why you won't let this deal
slip away. Call now!
