STK 2897 1999 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 30th Anniversary
The fourth-generation Firebird (1993-2002) amplified the
aerodynamic styling of previous generations. When fitted with the
WS6 Option Package, it is virtually a Corvette with seating for
four. The WS6 performance option added upgraded springs/shocks HD
front/rear sway bars, low-restriction exhaust, larger alloy rims
and Pontiac's Ram-Air induction system. Our original 2-owner '30th
Anniversary' Trans Am WS6 (#1,150 of 1,600 total in model year '99)
has been well cared for to a fault. The Anniversary Package
includes exterior paint accents and interior upgrades that include
embroidered leather seating. The stunning original Artic White
'classic' Trans Am paint scheme is complemented with the
twin-snorkel ram-air hood, a rear spoiler, ground-effect side
skirts and front-end bra. Factory 17"x9" anodized blue alloys mount
275/40ZRx17" General Performance radials. The interior of this
'ponycar' is styled with a cockpit-like feel and red instrument
lighting. White leather seating shows normal wear and smoked glass
t-tops are in great condition. Some of the convenience features
include A/C, a Delco Monsoon 500w Premium AM/FM/CD 10-speaker
stereo, power tinted windows, cruise, power locks, tilt wheel,
six-way power driver's seat and remote entry/alarm system. Safety
features on the Trans Am WS6 include power ABS 4-wheel disc brakes
w/12" rotors and GM's Electronic Brake-downforce Distribution (EBD)
system, dual front airbags, power rack/pinion steering and HD
front/rear stabilizer bars. The Corvette inspired 5.7L LS-1
aluminum powerplant provides 320bhp and 335 lb/ft of torque - along
with a perfect '60's exhaust note. Power is transferred to the rear
wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox and factory positraction
differential. It is said that the WS6 could rip off 0-60 in 5.0
seconds flat, quicker than virtually every previous Pontiac muscle
car including 'The Judge'. This beautiful WS6 is a classic Trans AM
that belongs in your 'Poncho' garage. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS"
