It's time for some incognito fun with this 1937 Chevrolet Master
Deluxe. It has the look and finish of the kind of car you
grandfather drove for decades, but it doesn't take much for you to
see what's really hiding underneath. This has a bucket seat
interior with A/C, an upgraded suspension, and a hot small block in
the engine bay. So this one has a ton of secret-style fun.
This steel-bodied Chevy is a true classic that gives quite a
vintage first impression. The waterfall grille, classic hood
ornament, split windshield, curvy fenders, and trunkback body are
straight out of the 1930s. So right now there are only small hints
at the real power within. It's in the detail upgrades like the dual
exhaust tips, blue-dot taillights, and 15-inch Rally wheels. Even
the black paint has a worn-in sleeper style. Sure, you could give
this a vivid respray to create an instant restomod, but there's
just something very cool about how this one is already presented.
It looks a lot like the kind of car that spent a generation going
to church every Sunday taking the dusty farm road. But soon you
realize it's a full build that can make others eat its dust.
The interior really starts to reveal more of this car's
personality. After all, Chevrolet didn't put bold red accents on
the seats and door panels in the 1930s. And speaking of upgrades,
you'll love the comfort of the high-back front bucket seats. Yours
even power adjusts to the ideal position. This gets you ready for a
driver-oriented setup. There's a Lokar floor shifter, the
wood-rimmed sports steering wheel is on a tilt column, and the
gauge package is now crisp AutoMeter readouts. And just to make
sure you fully enjoy the drive, this classic has also been upgraded
with cold-blowing air conditioning.
The hood still has the classic/cool butterfly hinge, but underneath
is something far more modern. Chevy's small block era was decades
away when this was first built, but now it has 350 cubic inches of
V8 power... and the upgrades don't stop there. It also has an
Edelbrock upgrade suite featuring the air grabber, matching valve
covers, Performer EPS intake, and four-barrel carburetor. It's even
supported by good pieces, like a newer aluminum radiator. The V8
fires up readily, and the headers add power and rumble to the dual
exhaust. This was a car that was made for driving, and so there's a
Heidts tubular A-arm front end, wide modern tires, power brakes,
and front discs w/drilled & slotted rotors.
This is some serious incognito driving fun. So if you love a cool
sleeper, then you've already woken up to the appeal of this custom
Chevy. Call today!!!
