August Motorcars is excited to offer this incredible 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Convertible which has been upgraded with Hennessey's amazing 1000 horsepower HPE1000 package. With the HPE1000 package, Hennessey strips out the stock 6.2-liter V8, replacing it with a 7.0-liter LSX engine motor block from GM's Performance Parts line. From there, things go wild -- forged aluminium pistons are added, along with a forged steel crankshaft and connecting rods. HPE adds a custom camshaft, and also tosses in high-flow cylinder heads, a custom intake manifold and throttle body, and an upgraded fuel injection system. All those modifications allow Hennessey to strap a pair of ball-bearing turbochargers onto the LSX, creating one wicked machine!

This HPE1000 Camaro is finished in Chevrolet Black over Black Leather Appointed Seats and nicely complemented by a Black Soft-Top. Brought to us in near amazing condition from just the first owner, with no accidents and passes our stringent 100 point inspection making it August Certified.
