Vehicle Description
On the outside you see a cool 1941 Willys coupe with eye-catching
custom paint; inside you see a custom interior with all the
luxuries, including A/C; and under the hood is a strong-running
small block V8 and overdrive transmission. That's why no matter how
you look at this one, you see a desirable and cool cruiser.
This Willys represents a cool hot rod with a ton of extras. This
feeling starts with the paint. It was redone within the last five
years to go from a solid color coupe to an impressive detailed
package. The two-tone silver and black have a timeless level of
appeal. And the large orange stripe that divides them not only has
terrific custom flames, but it also highlights some of the best
curves of the classic Willys style. As you get closer, you'll even
see the orange has a blue pinstripe to make sure that everything
looks vibrant and well-defined. Best of all, because this is a
later build with a ScottRods fiberglass body, it provides a proper
canvas for all this paintwork. And we like the way this has an
overall sleekness. Curvy fenders, deleted badges, shaved door
handles, sport mirrors, and the iconic waterfall grille all make
this look smooth and powerful. And of course, when it comes to
power, it's hard to miss the extra wide rear tires that give this a
terrific stance and really brings the power to the pavement.
The interior continues some of that cool hot rod flair. That's why
you have orange streaks on the custom door panels and dash. But
what you'll really love about this is the level of comfort it
offers. There's a set of dual bucket seats and they each
individually power adjust. Plus, you have power windows, an
AM/FM/CD stereo, and cold-blowing air conditioning. It's easy to
get long-haul comfortable with a Lecarra sports steering wheel,
tilt column, and full gauge package w/digital speedometer.
The whole hood tilts forward so that people can get a good view at
the engine bay. That's also why this one has extra flair with
pieces like the flame-kissed valve covers and an eight-stack style
carb cover from Big Daddy Garlits. This is a 350 cubic-inch V8 that
inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock intake.
It exhales through shorty headers that add power while contributing
to the rumble of the side exhaust. This is a strong-running
powerhouse, and it's built to be a real driver. That's why you have
good supporting components, like an HEI ignition, newer plug wires,
steel braided lines, AN fittings, and an aluminum radiator with
electric fan. It's even easy to enjoy this near or far with a
four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive. There's also power
steering, power brakes, front discs, and an upgraded four-link rear
with QA1 adjustable coilovers.
You've seen plenty of these fiberglass Willys as six-figure cars.
And that's what we really love about this one. It's already an
impressive custom that offers everything from A/C to overdrive. And
if you decided that you need a screaming motor or electric-level
paint, this one also leaves room in the budget for that, too. So
there are a lot of possibilities and adventures to be had with this
coupe. Call today!!!
