Vehicle Description
This 1967 Corvette custom convertible build was freshly completed
by RestoMod Vette and is serial #1 within the RMX series, which is
a custom line built specifically by this consignor. All RestoMod
Vette cars carry a unique badge and serial number for documentation
purposes. This car started as an original unhit body that had
2-inch wider quarter-panels added to it to fit 285 rear tires. It
is powered by a new GM LT1 6.2-liter 8-cylinder Hot Cam engine
making 535hp paired with an 8L90E 8-speed automatic overdrive
transmission. It rides on a brand-new Roadster Shop SPEC 7 chassis
and has 6-piston Wilwood front brakes and 4-piston rear brakes,
both featuring drilled and slotted rotors. The exterior is painted
a vivid red with a black Stinger hood stripe that is buried under
the clear coat, and a new Haartz black cloth convertible top. The
interior is done in a brown distressed leather and features a Lokar
tap shifter as well as a an Ididit steering column with a Billet
Specialties steering wheel and paddle shifter. This Corvette
features power steering, power hood, DSE wipers, DSE headlights,
Dakota Digital gauges, and Vintage Air heat and air conditioning.
It rides on staggered custom 18-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels
wrapped in red line tires.
