Ms Roure of Sorgues, France purchased this pickup from J.P.M Automobiles Concessionnaire Toyota of Le Pontet (on the outskirts of Avignon) on September 3, 1993. Records indicate this vehicle stayed in the dry climate of Southern France until being purchased and imported by Car Cave in February of 2021. The original manuals, service records, and receipts are included in the sale and available for review. The Hilux is finished in white with the original blue and grey graphics appearing on the side matching the blue interior. Previous owner took a lot of time and effort remove the body and epoxy coat the frame and respray the undercarriage. Lots of new parts were installed including shocks, exhaust, alternator, brake master cylinder. We have a camper shell and the inner fender well liners for the front.Power comes from a 2.4-liter Inline-4 diesel paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, two-speed transfer case, and manual front hubs. The ultra-reliable 2L-II is a 2,446 cc direct injection diesel engine. Toyota had three basic concepts for the fifth-generation Hilux; power, sturdiness, and comfort.
