Vehicle Description
1955 CHEVY BEL AIR ''HOT-ROD RESTO-MOD"
NEW ARRIVAL: This beautiful 1955 Bel Air was purchased from an
older gentleman who frame off built the car in early 2000's. He
wanted to build a safe, fun driver with some creature comforts and
updates and, in our opinion, he nailed it!! Check it out !!The
body, floors, trunk and frame are all super solid, straight and
clean and shows off its gorgeous two-tone "Safire Blue & Silver"
base/clear paint. All the chrome, trim, weather stripping & tinted
glass had been replaced and looks like new. The custom tweed &
leather interior was very tastefully done. Even the trunk is
finished off to match. A little old school, nevertheless, VERY
NICE!!
Powered by a good running and healthy sounding 355 c.i. smallblock
engine that we were told was completely and professionally rebuilt
during its extensive restoration. It has a good sounding cam,
aluminum intake with 4 bbl. carb and headers and is detailed and
dressed up with lots of chrome goodies to show off at your local
cruise night or car show. The trans is a 700R4 automatic overdrive
and the original rear was upgraded with 3:73 gears and
posi-traction. Other features include cold Vintage air
conditioning, 605 power steering, power disc brakes (front only)
Ididit tilt steering column, Autometer's Dolphin instrument
cluster, AM-FM stereo, American Racing 15'' Chrome Torq-Thrust II
wheels, custom Flow Master dual exhaust and more!!
She looks, runs & drives super nice. Don't miss it!
