Vehicle Description
This 1971 Chevy Camaro RS split-bumper is a complete show-quality
custom build with attention to detail throughout. It's finished in
high-quality PPG Anthracite Gray paint laid over a laser-straight
body that was acid-dipped, preserving all GM sheet metal. Thousands
of man-hours were put into this no-expense-spared build. This
Camaro is powered by a Wegner Racing-built Whipple-supercharged
7.0-liter LS7 V8 engine producing 1016hp mated to a Tranzilla T-56
6-speed manual transmission and a Strange Ford 9-inch posi-traction
rear end with 3.70 gears and Pro Race hardened axles. The
suspension is a Detroit Speed hydroformed subframe in the front and
Detroit Speed fully adjustable coilover 4-link in the rear. The
floors were customized allowing for frame connectors, suspension
and exhaust components to be flush. This bespoke Camaro rides on a
custom set of 10-inch front and 12-inch rear Forgeline wheels.
Other key features include Wildwood 14-inch 6-piston brakes,
Vintage Air, custom exhaust system, Rick's stainless-steel fuel
tank, stainless-steel brake lines, Ultimate headers, custom-made
