Here is a true one owner and very original 1976 Chevrolet Camaro
RS. Well documented with an original build sheet showing that it is
a true Z85 code Rally Sport. Powered by the numbers matching LM1
350 Cu In V8 with a 4 barrel carburetor and backed by the
turbohydromatic 350 automatic transmission. The dual exhaust gives
this great Camaro that nice American V8 sound. Stopping power is
enhanced by the factory front disc brakes. The rear end is equipped
with 2:73 axle ratio gearing. This RS Camaro runs and drives just
as it should. With the Rally Sport package from the factory, the
car received a low gloss black treatment on the hood and roof, with
an additional tri-color red stripes separating the black and white
paint. The black paint and the red stripes are original. The white
paint was thin from the factory, so the dealer had the white paint
repainted when the car was still new. All of the paint is in good
condition and has had minor touch up as needed. The exterior is set
apart with the awesome Rally Sport paint treatment, rear spoiler
and the factory ZJ7 code Rally wheels. The original black vinyl
interior is in very good condition, and is well above average for a
survivor interior. The front seats do show some light wear. The
only things that have been changed from original in the interior is
the headliner and the base of the drivers seat. Originally this
great Camaro was a radio delete car, so the period correct Craig
brand AM/FM with 8 track player stereo was also added. Well
optioned with factory AC, power steering, power brakes, tint glass,
sport mirrors, center console, 4 spoke sport steering wheel, and
added cruise control. With only 72364 miles, this Camaro Rally
Sport has been loving cared for and maintained. It is a true 1
owner car and is still on the original title dated 01/14/1976. The
new owner will receive with the car the original build sheet,
owners manual and receipts of the maintenance that has been
preformed over the 45 years of ownership.
