Vehicle Description
1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe Street Rod
Why This Car Is Special
A 1930's Ford coupe is what most people have in mind when they
think of a street rod. This very well-built and stunning 1933 Ford
Three-Window Coupe we have here at Skyway Classics is what they
have in mind.
What a stance this car has with the chopped roof and rake and it is
what a street rod should be from every angle.
Mechanical
A 350 cubic inch small block Chevrolet engine sits between the
frame rails and is upgraded with a polished aluminum intake, Holley
Sniper Performance EFI Fuel Injection System as well as the
computer system with the monitor in the dash, Taylor spark plug
wires and a great sounding exhaust from the tubular headers back to
the large dual exhaust system coming out the back end.
The engine is dressed up with polished with red painted fin valve
covers, open element air cleaner, billet serpentine belt system
with polished alternator, air conditioning, and is backed by a
4-speed automatic transmission.
The suspension is just as nice as the top-end of this rod with
great attention to performance and handling with disc brakes up
front to provide a modern feel, great shocks on all four corners, a
H.D. rear end puts the power to the ground, it rides on 5-spoke
polished mag wheels and blackwall performance tires.
Interior
The striking interior features bright red twin bucket seats that
are very comfortable and custom red/grey door panels that look
great too.
Power windows are a nice touch and a billet tilt steering column
with a red leather and polished steering wheel makes getting in and
out easy as can be and really sets off the interior of this 33
Ford.
It has performance gauges plus that Holley Sniper System Monitor to
check out the functions as you ride in comfort in the air
conditioning, raise the power windows or shift the tranny with the
chrome shifter.
Exterior
Our 3-window coupe is very rich looking in a dark grey shade of
paint that gives it a very definite high-dollar paint job look with
finish quality that is excellent, laser-straight sheet metal, great
door fit on the suicide doors, chrome headlights, that iconic
chromed front grill, chopped top, and it actually looks better in
person than it does in these pics.
Conclusion
The 1933 Ford 3-Window Coupe we have here at Skyway Classics
definitely has the right look, has great power, handles and drives
great and has looks to kill.
