EXTERIOR: You have to admit this is one good looking car. Very
handsome body lines and finished in mirror black paint with red
accents is outstanding. The person we acquired it from knows cars
and is very confident in saying this is a zero rust car. The
original body is laser beam straight everywhere. All the body
panels fit precisely. The black paint is polished like a mirror,
you can shave in it's reflection. The red pinstripe is hand painted
on. The landau roof is excellent. Up front the grill and bumper are
very good original condition. The rub strips are not beat up. The
moldings and rocker panel trim are straight. In back is also a very
good original bumper. The wheels are Corvette 15x8 rallys. They
look brand new, the trim is gleaming. It also has radial redline
Coker classic tires. The weather strips appear to be very good
original. The jambs are painted smoothand glossy. It has sport
mirrors.
INTERIOR: Nice, unabused interior. In front of me it has the
factory tachometer and gauge option. It also has a deluxe wheel on
a tilt column. It also has cruise control, power windows and locks.
The clock and interior lights work. The upholstery, door panels,
headliner are excellent. The plastic trim,, mirror, carpet are
excellent.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is completely stock as it left the factory.
Vin number matched 454 motor is the original to this car. It has
original manifolds, valve covers and complete air cleaner assembly.
The vacuum lines are properly hooked up. All the components look
like they are proper. It has original overflow bottle, hood
insulation, fan shroud etc. Squirters and horns are hooked up. The
battery has a disconnect switch. The air conditioning compressor
and alternator were recently replaced.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Wow it's pristine inside the trunck. The metal
is absolutely clean and dry. It has a show quality professional
coat of spatter finish paint. It has a rally wheel with good tire
for spare and it also has the jack assembly. Under the trunk lid
and jamb are painted slick.
UNDERSIDE: The bottom of this car has NO rust. It has not been
spray canned over, what you see is virgin original metal that is as
dry as a chalkboard. Bottom of the motor is dry, never been spray
painted. The starter looks new. The original Turbo 400 automatic
was overhauled. It has heavy duty suspension which includes
swaybars. Shocks look new in back.
