Vehicle Description
This 1984 Chevrolet C10 has an added attitude from the custom paint
theme. It has added comfort with the fresh and loaded interior. And
there's added power with the new addition of a fuel-injected V8. So
really, the only thing left to add on this truck is you.
This truck has a great custom style. The burgundy paint gives it a
more modern look, and a hint of metallic has a nice gloss in the
sunshine. The deeper tones of the paint go well with the fully
coordinated dark side. You have the blackout grille, side mirrors,
rear panel, and a full-length racing stripe. The darkness even goes
for some functional pieces, like the spray-in bed liner and deeply
tinted windows. Plus, the 20-inch MKC wheels add a ton of dark
flair while also letting you fit better modern tires. And there are
great detail upgrades, like the flush-fitting front bumper, LED
headlights, Euro-style taillights, and smooth tailgate and roll
pan. So the total impression is a classic truck with a very
contemporary style.
The interior is fresh, dark, and premium. The classic bench seat
has been upgraded to a plusher unit that has individual bolstering
and Chevy's bow tie in the center. There are newer door panels and
a dash pad all by TMI. They have a cool red contrast stitching that
coordinates with the red trim on the dash for a thoughtful
presentation. Not only does this all look premium, but also there's
a long list of desirable features that makes it feel premium, too.
This includes power windows, power locks, cruise control, an
overhead console, a tilt steering column, and provisions for R134a
air conditioning (likely just needs a recharge to blow cold again.)
Plus, the stereo is an AM/FM/CD with USB and Bluetooth, and that
connects to an upgraded subwoofer speaker system.
The black and burgundy look even continues under the hood. Tidy
dark inner walls and black Chevrolet valve covers are nice, but
what's really impressive is the motor. The engine block, intake,
and pan are painted to coordinate with the exterior burgundy. The
reason this can be so well done is that the 350 cubic-inch V8 is a
fresh build with only about 100 miles on it. A mild cam and the
headers make sure this has power and an authoritative rumble. Plus,
fuel injection gives it good all-around performance. The
three-speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly, and air shocks
in the rear give this a nice ride. Power steering, power brakes,
front discs, and modern sport tires complete a great cruising
package.
Complete with the original warranty card, you can tell there as a
ton invested in this Chevy. But you don't have to spend a ton to
take it home. That's why you know this deal will be moving fast.
