Chevrolet Suburban. Built by the masters of the hot rod world Blue
Ridge Hot Rods, it features:Drivetrain: powered by a 500hp, 454ci
big block Chevrolet that was built by Dale Armstrong (crew chief
for Kenny Bernstein's top fuel dragster as well as builder of the
first engine to reach 300 mph in the quarter mile). Backing this
one of a kind engine is a TH-350 that was hand built by Art Carr,
of Art Carr racing transmissions.Body: Chip Foose (Overhaulin'
fame) personally chose the paint colors and design, then sent it to
So-Cal Speedshop to have the body perfected and painted.Interior: A
full custom interior was installed using tri-tone leather/suede on
t he seating surfaces and custom console. It is also home to a
custom Billet Specialties steering wheel, a Billet Lokar shifter
and polished stainless tilt column.Chassis: Fully painted and
detailed brand new chassis, Chip himself chose the 20" wheels that
are bolted to disc brakes at all four corners. Out back is a Ford
9" rear with a set of custom 3.70 gears from Richmond as well as a
limited slip differential. All chassis components were either
painted, plated or polished, as well as all fuel and brake lines
