Welcome to Street Dreams in Texas as we celebrate our 22nd year in
the classic and muscle car business. We are always happy to present
you with another 4x4 truck. This 1980 Toyota 4x4 has the famous
20-R 2.2L I4 engine backed by a 4 speed manual transmission. This
truck runs good and looks good from a distance but does have some
cosmetic issues. It has a flip-up sunroof that has been
fiberglassed shut around the edges. It appears to have had a leak
and the owner did this crappy method of trying to repair the
leaking roof. The headliner has a few spoiled spots. In the upper
driver's side corner of the bed it has some rust. (Weirdest place I
have ever seen as water cannot sit there) there are a few paint
bubbles on the other side of the truck. It has speaker holes in the
door panels. We were going to have it fixed up but just don't have
time to fool with it. Restored and/or nice original 4 wheel drives
are bringing good money. I love this color and it has a real good
look. PLEASE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE BUYING IT NEEDS SOME BODY WORK
AND INTERIOR WORK AS IT LOOKS REAL GOOD IN PHOTOS... We have sold a
couple of later 80's 4 whee drives for 16-17 grand. Toyota
introduced the 4X4 in 1979 so 1980 would be the 2nd year for the
Toyota 4 wheel drive creating a truck to make a statement for years
to come. It shows 79k miles but we do not know the actual mileage
as it is the 5 digit odometer. We took some photos of the areas as
good as we could to show the rust and imperfections. Street Dreams
can assist with world-wide delivery and financing options. This
would be a good example to restore.
