Vehicle Description
This 1999 Vector M-12 is #12 of 14 production cars built from
1996-99 and the second of four produced in 1999. According to a
previous owner, this car was specifically designed and fabricated
for the Prince of Brunei. Per his request, the M-12 is finished
with a black exterior and Lipstick Red interior. This supercar is
powered by a Lamborghini 5.7-liter V12 engine mated to a ZF 5-speed
manual transmission and has 2,169 actual miles. The V12 produces
492hp at 5,200 rpm and 425 ft/lbs of torque at 4,900 rpm,
propelling the M-12 to a top speed of 190 mph and a 4.5-second
sprint to 60 mph. The Vector underwent a full major engine-out
service in November 2019 from Scuderia Automotive Service. The
supercar features a rebuilt clutch using an upgraded ceramic
flywheel, and the interior was redesigned to accommodate taller
occupants and upgraded to a more modern Italian supercar-style
while keeping with its original layout and design. It has been
featured in the Marconi Automotive Museum, Riverside Raceway Museum
and in the Petersen Automotive Museum's "Supercars of the World"
exhibit. From the Larry Winkler Collection. **SOME STATES ISSUE
