Vehicle Description
This custom-built 1957 Ford Ranch Wagon is powered by a 600hp
supercharged 4.6-liter DOHC V8 engine from an SVT "Terminator"
Cobra topped with a Kenne Bell supercharger. The V8 routes power
through a 6-speed manual transmission and onto a Ford 9-inch rear
end with posi-traction. The 600hp is translated to the road via
Budnik wheels wrapped in Nitto tire rubber. The chrome wheels
measure 18 inches up front and 20 inches in the rear, giving the
wagon a raked and staggered stance. Stopping power is provided by a
set of Wilwood disc brakes, and the Ford uses a 4-link rear
suspension and rides on a RideTech air-ride suspension system. The
Ranch Wagon features an all-leather tan interior equipped with
Vintage Air climate control and an Alpine audio system with JL
speakers. The instrument cluster is all business and was lifted
directly from an SVT Cobra. This '57 was also a winner at the
Goodguys Auto Show and is presented in two-tone silver over white.
