This GTO convertible has undergone a recent entire rebuild with
some of the latest GM performance and just over 2,000 miles since
completion. This convertible runs a fuel-injected, supercharged,
intercooled 6.2-liter LS9 V8 engine factory-rated at 638hp. The V8
sends power through a 4-speed 4L60E automatic transmission, and the
GTO puts power down via a posi-traction rear end with a GM 12-bolt
differential. Several other chassis upgrades include Global West
suspension with RideTech programmable air and heavy-duty sway bars.
The GTO also sports quick-ratio power steering, 4-wheel power disc
brakes and billet wheels. Creature comforts include air
conditioning, power windows, tilt steering wheel, leather interior
and power top.
