Vehicle Description
This professionally frame-off-restored 1949 Chevy 3100 panel truck
sits on a new Fatman Fab frame with 4-link coilover rear suspension
and Mustang II IFS front suspension along with Carrera adjustable
shocks all around and 4-wheel disc brakes. It's powered by a new
376ci 8-cylinder engine backed by a GM 4L65E heavy-duty performance
automatic transmission with a high-stall torque converter and a
Ford 9-inch rear axle with Currie third-member and 31-spline axles.
American Racing Torque Thrust wheels complete the performance
enhancements. The interior was restored keeping the classic style
with a nicely finished wood cargo floor, Sparco performance bucket
seats, Vintage Air, power steering, Ididit adjustable tilt steering
column, full AutoMeter gauges and a custom steering wheel. The
exterior was done in a green metallic finish with chrome bumpers
and grille, and the running boards were finished in Rhino lining
for durability. This custom panel truck rides, drives and handles
well. **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
