1929 Ford Model A HiBoy Roadster. This is a professional built high
quality REAL steel Ford body and frame that lived in Montana for 75
years. This car was virtually rust free and underwent a detailed
nut and bolt, frame off restoration. Bought the car from an older
gentleman that lived in upstate New York that owned it for
approximately 5 years, who bought it from the gentleman who built
the car in St. Paul, Minnesota. Was fortunate enough to obtain all
the receipts and the builder's phone number to help with questions
while owning it. The paint is Spies Hecker base coat/clear coat.
The color couldn't of been a better choice. The bottom of the car
is as clean as the top, and doesn't leak ANYTHING! The half hood
comes off and on with simplicity, depending on whether you want to
show off more of the motor. It has a custom vinyl top that bolts
on. It has Custom tuck and roll interior and Stewart Warner gauges.
They all work correctly except the speedometer. The motor is a
small block Chevy 350, Edelbrock cam and intake; 3 deuces Rochester
carb set up; the engine was completely rebuilt during the
restoration. It has 12,500 miles. Vintage 10,000 RPM speed
equipment 150 HP nitrous oxide system. The builder told me that he
had it running at one time, but stopped using it. The previous
owner never used the nitrous system, and neither did the current
owner. The car is too fast as it is! It is pretty cool to show it
off at car shows, but if you're into crazy speed, it's there for
you. Had the Headers ceramic coated after I bought the car, new
plugs, orange custom wires, new fuel pump, and a new battery. The
exhaust is 2 1/2' with Flow Master mufflers. 4 speed manual
transmission. GM 10 bolt 3.08 rear end. 11 inch GM disc brakes.
