Cool Classic Rides, Dealer #DA8690 is excited to offer another
classic with this 1974 Jeep J-20 Pickup. This is not something you
see every day. A Jeep pickup truck. Known primarily for their
Wranglers, Jeep has certainly spent time in the truck market. What
started as the Jeep Gladiator in 1962, simply became the "J-Series"
in 1971. 1974 was the first year of the AMC 401, an engine known
for its' toughness and power output, capable of 330 horse power.
The 1974 model also received larger front disc brakes and a reduced
turning radius. We have not touched one thing on this particular
truck and believe it has been through a full restore in recent
years. It is in amazing condition, inside and out. The body is in
great shape and dry, with no rust found. The silver paint looks
great and the bed (with spray in liner) is in fantastic shape.
Wheels and tires appear to be brand new and fit the truck nicely.
Inside, this cab is beautiful. With newer paint to match the
exterior and awesome carpet, bench seat upholstery and headliner,
this J-20 is ready to get you where you need to go comfortably.
These Jeep J-Series trucks are getting harder and harder to find,
especially like this one. This is a forty-seven-year-old truck that
still feels like it would have, driving off the lot in 1974. If you
are looking for something other than an F150, this could be your
next cool, classic ride. REMEMBER, WE ALSO HAVE FREE SHIPPING IN
THE LOWER 48 STATES ON ALL FULL PRICE PURCHASES, over $12,000. Some
restrictions may apply. We always highly recommend a professional
inspection, or a private viewing before any purchase. Make sure you
know exactly what you are buying. We do not sell show cars, we sell
nice daily drivers, made to get out on the open road. All of our
descriptions are the personal opinions of Cool Classic Rides. Note
that the mileage listed is considered either over mechanical limits
or exempt status, not actual mileage unless otherwise noted. We
also are always open to talk trades, so let us know what you have.
