Ultimate sleeper! 1 owner, California car until recent. It pretty
much looks like it did when it was new but it is a wolf in sheep's
clothing. Under this car sits a Supercharged LS3, TCI full chassis,
6 speed, a/c, upgraded steering, brakes and more.
EXTERIOR: Repainted in it's original colors: code U-6 Lemans blue
with a white vinyl top. Dressed up with an SS hood, nose stripe and
a rear spoiler. I love the sleeper wheels. They are 15 inch,
painted body color and have poverty caps. Each one is wrapped in
BFGoodrich tires, wider in back. Clean California body, it is
completely straight, the panels fit really well, doors shut real
nice. The metal flake is laid out evenly, the clear coat is
polished to a smooth glossy finish. You don't even feel the stripe.
It looks like all the exterior chrome and stainless trim was
replaced. The door jambs are clean, weather strips were
replaced.
INTERIOR: It is an original code 717 blue interior. The seats were
reupholstered and recontoured with bigger bolsters. It has a Hurst
short throw shifter sticking out of the floor with a blue boot. New
carpet and matching mats. Upgraded Ididit tilt column with a walnut
steering wheel. It has a nice set of NVU custom electronic gauges
including a 140 mph speedometer and digital odometer. A Retro Sound
stereo has Bluetooth and aux plugs. There are 6x9 speakers, a
subwoofer and amp in back. It looks like it's been restored from
carpet to headliner. New blue seat belts
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This is where it gets real good. The 327 was
upgraded with an LS-3 6.2 liter motor and an Edelbrock E-Force
supercharger that is making 710 horsepower! Performance built by
CBM Motorsports, they are LS specialists. The intercooler
supercharger is $7,800 online! Upgrades include a modern wiper
motor, aluminum radiator with an electric fan and overflow bottle,
the intake tube is polished. It has headers, modern power steering,
air conditioning and power brakes.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal trunk with a nice spatter finish.
Bottom of the trunk lid and jamb are painted blue.
UNDERSIDE: TCI chassis front to back. The original subframe was
replaced with a complete TCI Pro Touring IFS tubular subframe
complete with Ride Tech coil over adjustable gas shocks, 1 inch
swaybar, tubular control arms, 2 inch drop spindles, greaseable
urethane bushings and a rack & pinion steering. Matching tubular
frame rails connect to a TCI 4 link rear suspension. This includes
Ride Tech adjustable coil over gas shocks, adjustable 4 link bars,
dual pan hard bars and more. Upgraded T56 manual 6-speed with a
hydraulic Hays clutch. Replaced driveshaft and u-joints. The 10
bolt posi rear has Moser axles and 3.73 Richmond gears. Custom
welded 2.5 inch exhaust with x-pipe and Magnaflow mufflers. Drilled
and slotted disc brakes at all 4 wheels. The floors appear to be
clean, dry metal.
First impression let's you believe it's just a nice looking Camaro.
Drive it and oh my God are you in for a surprise! Incredible
acceleration, handling, sound etc. I'm not a jealous person but I
will envy whoever takes this one from me.
