We all love a good Barn Find and this is no exception. It has been in storage since 1995 and considering the age the "bones" are in pretty good shape. Yes there is rust and it is in need of a restoration but it starts and runs and aside from needing a bit of fuel system adjustments the car will run. The fiberglass body is in tact but does show signs of aging with several cracks and chips that show up upon inspection. This is a very interesting car in that a total of 1,600 were made and nearly all were shipped to the U.S. The Sonett featured advanced safety features for its day such as a Roll Bar, 3 point seat belts, and High back bucket seats. This is a project car that with tons of potential and with the right vision this Saab Sonett will be a joy to drive and experience again and again.
