1970 AMC Javelin SST
This is hands down my favorite car I've purchased this year.
360 V8 car with automatic on the column.
Only two owners from new and with the same owner for the last 43 YEARS!
We even have his canceled check from 1977 when he bought it!
Treated to a high-quality restoration about 25 years ago but used regularly since completion. Finished in the correct code 58 Hialeah Yellow with black deluxe interior. All correct according to the build sheet (we have the original). Power steering and brakes. Remote mirror. AM Radio that works great. Heat and defrost work. All of the gauges and lights work properly. The car has been used regularly since restoration, but still shows well. When you get real close you will notice some blemishes here and there. There is a ding on the passenger side (in picture). The front seat has some wear on it, but we're working on having it recovered. The car has recently had a new fuel tank and a new sending unit.
Overall a very nice high-quality driver! It runs excellent!
We've put over 500 miles on it it's been my summer cruiser!
