Vehicle Description
1956 Chevrolet BelAir
The Bel Air is unlike any other Chevy's having a cult following all
their own. The amazingly beautiful body lines are a timeless work
of art all to themselves. The grace of a two-tone Tangerine "House
of Color" and white paint is stunning! There is just something
about a professional custom build that stands-out and demands
attention. The early 70s 454 monster has a perfect complement the
multitude of polished aluminum, paint, and chrome. Built with a big
cam to give the lope and performance and sound one would expect. It
takes an impressive 850 cfm carb and 3-inch Sander ceramic coated
headers and exhaust to help bring this beauty to life. Fully
polished aluminum radiator and electric fan supplies optimum air
flow to keep her running cool. A Th400 trans and Ford 9" posi rear
diff puts the power to the road. The disc brakes and adjustable
front coil overs are all chrome and stainless, and a balance of the
rear drum brakes for stopping power. This alone is enough to make
most people jealous. No need to work hard at driving with 605 power
steering gear box makes parking and driving a breeze. There is a
variety of character adjustments like the power windows, Billet
door handles, chrome tilt steering column with self-cancelling turn
signals, chrome shifter and a Budnik steering wheel. Custom Billet
dash panel with a full array of Dolphin gages. The interior is done
in a tasteful design of high-end leather. The trunk has a class all
its own with sculpted leather panels. Let us not forget the Budnik
rims and BF Goodrich tires. This one of a kind '56 has only 202
miles on the build.
