For Sale: 1995 Mitsubishi Montero in Kentwood, Michigan

The Mitsubishi Montero is very well known for its off road capabilities along with the reliability of a Japanese built vehicle. These vehicles conquered the trails and were very common to compete at the Dakar Rally and placing yearly. They had a great setup for handling the terrain and maneuvering in ways that other vehicles lacked. They were also very docile on the pavement for the families in need of safe, reliable and comfort to get to the soccer field or lacrosse tournament.

We are very pleased to bring to market for just the 2nd time this 1995 Mitsubishi Montero SR. These are the unicorns of the SUV's from Japan. They were built to last and handle just about anything you could imagine on or off the road. The SR model was the top of the line with large sunroof, 3.5L 6cylinder, 31in tires, flared fenders, stronger transmission, oil cooler, and the Dakar inspired Active track transfer case. These were over $39k new in 1995.

Recent service and cosmetic items all done within the past 3-4k miles with receipts of most of the work include; New General Grabber AT/X tires, undercoated frame, fresh $6k paint job in proper factory specs, polished wheels, Bilstein 4600 shocks and torsion bars, new control arms, new brake rotors, pads, brake lines and brake fluid, ABS and 4x4 serviced and new filters, transmission serviced, A/C serviced, wheel bearing replaced, sunroof serviced and tracks lubed and cleaned with new motor, new battery, butterfly intake manifold resealed and tightened, and fresh oil and filter change. Vehicle also has the factory 3rd row seats, roof rack, keyless entry, cruise control, tilt wheel, rear wiper and power windows, locks and mirrors.

This car is a blast to drive in any condition you can imagine and the car does not reflect the miles at all. Interior shows some wear on seats and armrests but a very nice setup for anyone looking for a fun and unique vehicle.
