teakwood steering wheel. Originally assembled on June 8, 1965, this
1965 Corvette 396/425hp Convertible is in good condition, and
features desirable knock-off style wheels. This car's paint is
good-vg, with a good shine. Convertible top is vg-exc, and all
glass with the exception of the windshield shows a correct date
code. Chrome bumpers show a vg finish, and exterior door handles
show a good finish. Weatherstripping is vg-exc. Knock-off style
wheels are in overall good condition, and radial whitewall tires
show an average of 10/32nds tread depth remaining in the front, and
an average of 9/32nds remaining in the rear. The interior of this
1965 Corvette 396/425hp Convertible shows vg-exc seats, teakwood
steering wheel, glovebox lid, dash pods, gauges, and center
console, vg loop carpet and GM seatbelts, and good-vg door panels.
Correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place. 425hp 396ci Restoration
Engine with matching numbers in this car shows original casting
date May 26, 1965, and final assembly date May 28, 1965. Correct
air cleaner, carburetor, intake manifold, ignition shielding, spark
plug wires, valve covers, radiator hose clamps are all in place,
