1940 Ford Coupe finished in Champagne paint riding on 5-spoke
wheels with wide whites. Chrome and brightwork in nice shape, some
pitting in the headlight bezels. This comes with 2 sets of bezels
new in box. Powered by the 396 V8 that is paired with a TH400
automatic transmission with a 10 bolt positraction rear end with
3.73 rear gears. Aside from the rear fenders, this is a steel
vehicle. Adjustable coilovers in the rear and a 3-link ladder bar
system; up front is a Heights Mustang II style front end, Flaming
River rack, and 2" drop. Rear window does have a crack in it, this
car comes with replacement glass and new gasket. This car has been
in the local area of our shop for the last 10 years. Tilt column
and Dolphin gauges have been installed on the dash, 6,000 miles
since installed. Electric fan switch is located under the dash. All
gauges are functioning as they should! This car has a 1940-style
bench seat that has been recovered along the line and seat belts
added. Nice sounding Ford!
