Vehicle Description
No Reserve Classics is proud to present to you our 1970 Chevrolet
Chevelle SS LSX Pro-Touring Restomod for $97,995! The Chevelle was
introduced in 1964 as an affordable mid-sized car with a wide range
of options. It wasn't until the late 60's that the car became
equipped with higher displacement options which eventually lead to
the Chevelle being one of Chevrolet's most successful nameplates.
With the rise in popularity, this LA built SS396 Chevelle was
purposely constructed to be a Pro-Touring car to drive
cross-country! Powered by a built 526HP All Aluminum LSX, Gearstar
4L85E Automatic Transmission, Vintage Air Conditioning and Heating,
Retrosound Radio with Bluetooth Connectivity, a Full Pro-Touring
Suspension, 12 Bolt Rear Posi with 3.73 gears and so much more!
This Chevelle is the prime example of modern performance,
amenities, and comfort all while retaining its awesome, classic
American muscle car appeal!
Pro-Touring cars are destined to be driven. And we highly encourage
anyone to sit inside this 1970 Chevelle and experience the true
nature of what it means to be a Pro-Tourer. Not only do you have
plenty of power, but you also have the handling capabilities of a
modern-day sports car too! You can't have one without the other.
Driving aids such as Power Steering and Hydroboost Braking System
matched up with Wilwood Power Disc Brakes make this car an ease to
drive. No more shuffling the wheel around to turn into a parking
spot or hoping your vacuum operated brakes will stop on a dime. As
previously mentioned, this is an LA built SS396 and the underbody
presents itself beautifully with its well preserved floors. A great
foundation for building a canyon carving machine or one to cruise
down the beach with! QA1 tubular control arms, coilovers, boxed
lower trailing arms, and thicker front and rear sway bars all
comprise this Chevelle's phenomenal street mannerism. This 50 year
old car performs like any modern day sports car. Take it through
any corner - and it'll tell you it can do it faster next time
through!
As you open the hood, you'll be greeted with the proven LSX that's
been dyno tuned and produces 526HP. The motor began as an
all-aluminum LS2 block that was stroked out to 402ci and built up.
The Holley Terminator X Electronic Fuel Injection System reads
important data to the driver while optimizing power output. This is
a self-learning system that tunes itself the more you drive, making
it essential to drive the car as much as you should! At the sides
of this engine are Hooker Ceramic Headers that lead into this
Chevelle's stainless steel exhaust to create that iconic muscle car
note. In front of the engine is the Polished Serpentine Kit that
transforms this into a show-quality engine compartment. An all
aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keeps this car at peak
operating temperatures. Pair up the LSX with Gearstar's 4L85E
4-Speed Automatic Transmission and a 12 Bolt Rear Posi with 3.73
gears, and you have the perfect setup for cross-country driving or
drop a gear and disappear!
As always, if you're an extremely interested buyer and are not
quite yet convinced about the condition of our vehicle, we not only
welcome inspections but we encourage them! Please feel free to set
up an appointment with any credible inspector and we'll be more
than happy to put this car up on a lift for a thorough
comprehensive inspection!

DISCLAIMER:
Overall this 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LSX Pro-Touring Restomod
presents itself with show-stopping looks, appeal, and drives
incredibly well with all of the upgrades it has seen. However,
please keep in mind that this car is a complete restomod with none
of the factory drivetrain components and therefore cannot verify it
to be an original SS born car. We try to do our very best to be
accurate in our description writing we are human and do make
mistakes.
Although this car looks absolutely stunning, please understand that
this is still a 50 year old car with imperfections as it wasn't
restored yesterday and has some mileage since the build. As with
all classic cars, it will need odds and ends down the road as you
begin to drive it more often but still nonetheless an iconic and
one of the most sought-after classic cars that you will be proud to
own and very happy to drive in!
