For Sale: 1968 Chevrolet Camaro in Linthicum, Maryland

1968 CAMARO C.O.P.O. TRIBUTE - NEW FRAME-OFF ROTESSERIE BUILD COMING SOON
We just acquired this 1968 Camaro from a guy who "threw in the towel" on a nut & bolt frame-off, rotisserie restoration that he has been building since 2019. He got pretty far too but Covid-19 hit and he got laid off his job so the project came to a screeching halt and the car had to be sold.
Another victim of this terrible virus. CHECK IT OUT!!!
He told us that he stripped the car to a bare bones and had the body media blasted clean. Both 1/4's and the trunk floor were replaced but everything else was solid and clean. The body was reassembled and fitted to perfection and professionally painted "Cortez Silver" with PPG base/clear.
It was then powered with a "512" 427 c.i. big block which we were told had been recently rebuilt and matted to a Muncie 4 speed transmission with Hurst shifter and a 12 bolt posi-traction rear with 3:73 gears. It had all new wiring, steering, suspension, brake and fuel systems installed brand new too.
This is how we bought the car. Needing to be plumbed, wired, fired and finished. It did come with almost everything to complete the build including a brand new black standard bucket seat interior and new in the box carpet, headliner, door panels, instrument cluster & dash pad as well as all new chrome, trim, lights, lenses, weather stripping & glass.
We decided to give this car that old school C.O.P.O. sleeper look and added cowl induction and painted steel wheels with Chevrolet dog dish (poverty) hub caps with redline tires. Some other features include power disc brakes, rare fold down back seat, and a brand new factory dual exhaust system. This car is really turning out VERY, VERY NICE!! She is brand new everywhere you look and nothing went overlooked while finishing it's extensive build. DON'T MISS IT !!
