1954 KAISER SPECIAL / EARLY I purchased this Kaiser from the
Gilmore Car Museum, MI. They had it displayed for years (even with
this terrible paint job & other imperfections, it was still
showcased due to its rarity.) I installed a new Edelbrock 650 cfm
carb, new electric fuel pump and filter and had the gas tank
cleaned. This was needed as it sat for years. Mechanically not
stock. 12 volt conversion, Chevrolet 350 cu. in. V-8 & automatic
transmission. New Rear Shocks, Newer tires, and fully undercoated
with no rust, Newer 12 volt gauges, functioning factory hood scoop,
12 v. receiver mounted under dash. Very comfortable and a good
cruiser. Actually easier to get parts when needed now. Interior has
original bamboo dash, seats, door panels & headliner in good shape.
Steering wheel very good with no cracks or missing pieces. The
carpet is aftermarket which I don't like. I was going to change it.
The exterior chrome is in great shape including the stainless. If
you want a 100% concourse showcar please look elsewhere. because to
bring her to show quality she would need at least minimum a wet
sanding. Otherwise good for local shows and cruise-ins. Absolutely
no rust. Registered and Clear Title in TN... Please Note The
