Vehicle Description
This 1954 Chevrolet 210 Restomod gets that upgraded cruiser look
just right. After all, the paint is an ideal '50s combo, but all
the custom touches to the exterior get you ready for the upgrades
like the V8 power, overdrive transmission, four-wheel disc brakes,
and a full custom loaded A/C interior.
Surf Green and white is the kind of awesome two-tone that makes you
love a proper 1950s machine. The upgraded Bel Air side trim not
only highlights how straight the sheetmetal is, but also it gives
those two colors an awesome look as the trim frames the sporty
streak over the rear fenders. In fact, the exterior really loves to
respect the best pieces of this classic while giving some nice
upgrades for style. For example, up front these Chevy's had a cool
double wraparound element with both the bumpers and the grille. So
this one draws even more attention to this cool styling touch by
eliminating bumper guards and investing in fresh chrome for the
bumper. It's a similar story in the rear where they deleted the
badging to make the trunk look smoother, and the bumper has a
mirror-like shine. The result is a car that looks upgraded but
still respects your nostalgia.
The full custom gray interior is nothing like what anyone at Chevy
had planned in '54, but today it's all tastefully integrated as
part of the custom setup. It starts with two leather bucket seats
up front. Not only do these have the cushioning to be all-day
comfortable, but also you power adjust them to your ideal position.
Even the rear seat is plush and has a fold-down armrest for
individual comfort. More great feature like power windows, a modern
AM/FM/CD stereo w/USB input, and ice-cold R134a air conditioning
means this is the perfect cruising machine to take your family and
friends along for the ride. But even when you're cruising solo,
features like the Lecarra sports steering, tilt column, power
steering, and crisp Dolphin gauges (finished in an
exterior-matching green) will keep you happily motoring along.
While this Chevy was born right before the small block era, this
one has been given an upgraded to proper V8 power. It's Chevy's
mighty 350 cubic-inch unit that has been upgraded with a Holley
four-barrel carburetor, Holley intake, and a sweet-sounding dual
exhaust. This also has the right supporting components like an
electric choke, HEI ignition, and an aluminum radiator w/electric
fan. The result is a strong V8 that fires up eagerly. As you look
underneath the car, you'll spot more great upgrades - everything
from air shocks in the rear to a newer stainless fuel tank. If this
is starting to sound like an ideal cruiser, then you'll be glad it
also has awesome upgrades like four-wheel power disc brakes and a
four-speed automatic transmission with highway-friendly
overdrive.
This is the cool looking classic that has been upgraded to be a
terrific driver. It's a total package you need to get your hands on
