This car was purchased from a dealer about a year ago after undergoing a nut and bolt restoration, its been about 4,500 miles since then. Since purchasing the truck, the AC system was professionally converted so it can perform more efficiently in the Arizona heat. The original AC controls were shipped to Nostalgic Air to get converted and operate the new system, it really helped keep the look as classic as possible. Swapped the radiator and fan shroud for a custom and much larger one, now it'll barely get passed the first notch even when it's 120 degrees outside. Beyond that, we reran the fuel lines, changed the starter and solenoid, added heavy duty power cables, and moved around some components. Our goal was to make it as correct a restoration and as close to the original as we could. I've spent an additional $7,500 since purchasing the truck to make it more reliable and comfortable. Right now, the truck is parked in a storage locker at $200 a month which is the primary reason I'm selling it. We got a new house and unfortunately, it does not fit in our garage. It's always getting compliments no matter where it goes. It drives great on and off-road. Everything works, it starts every time and drives without any problems.
