"There aren't many cars that inspire car-related lust like the
Plymouth Barracuda. In the muscle car era, 1970 was the biggest
year of all." This 1970 Lemon Twist Plymouth Barracuda Gran Coupe
is a perfect example of the preceding comments.
Restored to a very high level and completed approximately 11 years
ago this Lemon Twist E-body with a number matching 383 cubic inch
motor mated to the correct 727 three speed automatic transmission
provides for the true muscle car experience with a taste of
class.
The underside of this Barracuda is restored to a level
indistinguishable to the condition of the exterior. Open the hood
and you will find the 383 cubic inch motor with Demon carburetor
sitting in a well detailed engine bay which indicates the level of
care and detail involved in the restoration.
The interior of the car has been reupholstered and presents very
well with no areas of excessive wear. The Gran Coupe also features
wood grain trim and overhead console that completes the look of the
interior. This car was equipped at the factory with air
conditioning although not currently in the car parts are available
from online suppliers.
This Barracuda Gran Coupe is well equipped with a full fender tag
of options. Please review the pictures verifying the numbers on
this car.
