Vehicle Description
Cruising in a 1956 Ford Fairlane Sunliner is perhaps the best way
to enjoy a nice summer day. The Fairlane was the top-of-the-line
trim series for Ford in 1956, and the Sunliner, with its
convertible, was arguably the best of the Fairlanes. The exterior
featured additional chrome and Ford badging, making the Sunliner
sure to stand out of the crowd. Powered by the famous Ford 292
Cubic Inch V8 engine, this Sunliner has plenty of power to get you
to where you are going. The 3 Speed Manual Transmission with
Overdrive gives you that classic feel driving down the road. Power
Steering makes turning a lot easier in this 3,455 pound Ford
convertible making for a more leisurely drive. This '56 Sunliner
sits on 4 Kelsey-Hayes Wire Wheels with Wide Whitewall Radial
tires, making for both a smooth and stylish ride. The exterior of
this '56 Ford is finished in two-tone Fiesta Red and Colonial White
paint, which is in very nice shape. The white vinyl power
convertible top is also in very nice shape and goes up and down
with the simple push of a button. The chrome and brightwork present
well on this classic 50s Ford too. Dual exhaust, fender skirts, and
a Continental Kit make for the complete look. The bench seat
interior presents well in its two-tone red and white vinyl and is
quite roomy. The dash and steering wheel are both stock and look
great! A forever favorite in 1956 remains a perennial favorite
today. Give us a call!
