Tan leather upholstered interior only catapults this 575Ms appeal.
I can recall seeing one out in the wild and it was very much a
spectacle, as I sat in moderate traffic on a mundane and muggy
Tuesday morning, though faint and gradually approaching to the far
right of me, I could hear the harmonious hum of a V12 that was
unquestionably Ferrari! With the sight of a semitrailer that so
happened to be almost stationary to the right of me causing for an
obstructed view onto the far right lane, I just knew that my chance
at viewing mobile Italian art would be compromised. As luck would
have it, traffic suddenly picked up causing the semi to move and
provided for what would be a nearly unobstructed view onto the far
right lane. A few cars drove by in both right lanes and there it
was...this beautifully balanced, assertively elegant, yet muscular
grand tourer that seemingly made the vehicles surrounding it
disappear as its design is readily apparent and effective yet isn't
showy!During my extended glance, I couldn't help but to take in its
glorious visual and audible presence while a few of the model's
highlights ran through my mind (just as any car person would do)
such as the subtle but handsome exterior changes from its
predecessor along with the revised power and handling dynamics, its
perfect 50/50 weight distribution, how the 5XX Maranello line
represented Ferrari's return to form of the two-seater and
front-engined V12 layout with the 575M being the first road-going
V12 Ferrari to utilize an F1 gearbox! As it drove by, not only was
I intrigued by its understated yet authoritative sound but more so
at how incredibly classy and timeless its design is; it's quite
modern but still has this beautiful, period, look to it, that's
absolutely breathtaking and makes for a rare sight! For more info
