This 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Rallye 350 was only 1 of 3,547
Cutlasses produced with the eye-catching "Rallye 350" option
package. Originally, the Rallye 350 option was offered in response
to insurance companies charging extra for the race-ready muscle
cars of the era. To skirt the muscle car "tax" assessed by the
insurance companies, Oldsmobile offered only the 350 Cubic Inch V8
motor with 310 horsepower for its Rallye 350 cars. This particular
Rallye 350 does in fact have its original Numbers Matching 350 V8
with factory Ram Air Induction and a single 4 barrel carburetor.
With dual exhaust, you can be sure that this Rallye 350 is not your
grandma's Cutlass. An automatic transmission ensures that this Olds
can be driven by anybody. The chrome and brightwork on this '70
Oldsmobile is in good shape and adds to the exterior look of the
car. The rear trunk-mounted spoiler is also in nice shape and gives
the Rallye the look of a true muscle car. This Rallye 350 sits on 4
radial tires wrapped around color-matched Rallye wheels. The
Sebring Yellow exterior paint is unique to the Rallye 350 as are
the special Rallye 350 decals on the hood, quarter panels, and
doors. The black vinyl bucket seats and center console are in
excellent shape. The headliner was recently replaced and looks
great too. The dash and steering wheel are in nice shape as well
and appear to be stock for the car. Both the trunk and engine
compartment have been recently detailed and both present well. The
trunk, as well as the floor pans, are believed to be original to
