Chevrolet 210 2-door Coupe. This 55 features an upgraded 350 cubic
inch V8 motor and 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst floor
shifter. The paint is new, in factory Skyline Blue. The dashboard
and cloth interior are also in great shape. The center of the
dashboard features an aftermarket radio and a triple gauge pack.
The floors are original, still coated in the factory oxide red
paint. This 55 is easy to drive as well, with power steering, power
brakes, and a tilt wheel. The 55 Chevy was Chevrolets departure
from the older, rounder designs of the past. The panels were
flatter, giving the car a more modern look. The front wrap-around
windshield was also a modern cue, as were the rear tail light fins.
Chevys 55 was also the first successful model to feature a V8
engine as an option, and an inline 6 as standard. Other options
included air conditioning, power windows, power seats, power
brakes, and even automatic light dimmers. These firsts made the 55
Chevy extremely popular, even today. The 55 body style is popular
