This 1971 Chevy K-20 Custom Deluxe 4WD Pickup is a really cool
find. It has a flatbed on it and it came out of Montana. It was
selectively restored around 4-5 years ago and has been well cared
for since then. When it was restored they added the FlatBed, redid
the interior, re-painted in the original colors, and rebuilt the
drivetrain. The truck looks cool and runs and drives great. The
body and paint on this truck are excellent. Th cab is solid and it
looks like it has all of the original metal including rockers and
cab corners. When it was professionally painted they painted it in
the original colors of White and medium Bronze. They did an
excellent job on the repaint and added the flatbed when paint was
completed. The interior was also redone with a recovered Bench
Seat, custom walnut dash pad, new dash bezel, new steering wheel,
and new visors. The door panels look original.
Mechanically this truck is in great shape. It has a rebuilt 350 V8
engine when it was restored and it runs strong. It has the
Quadrajet 4 Barrel Carb, HEI Ignition, and Dual Exhaust. It has the
Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission that was also refreshed and it is
mated to the np205 Transfer Case. The 4WD works as it should. It
has the Eaton Rear Axle and Dana 44 Front Axle and they both have
4.10 Gears. This truck does have Power Steering and Power Front
Disc Brakes. When it was restored they added the 4 Inch Lift Kit
and new shocks. This truck is an attention getter and all of the
lights, blinkers, horn, wipers, heat are working.
